Explore Your Fit is designed to help you evaluate opportunities within Deloitte that may be a good fit based on your background and interests. After you complete the short online experience you’ll receive a custom guide that has links to areas on our career site, Deloitte.com, and Deloitte Insights that we believe you’ll find useful as you explore opportunities at Deloitte.
How does it work?
The experience takes only about five minutes and includes a series of multiple choice or A/B questions organized into three sections: Your background, what motivates you, and other workplace factors that matter to you. Once you’ve answered the questions we’ll serve a custom guide to help you navigate career opportunities within your core fit area. Your guide has an overview of your fit area (for example: tax, cloud, or analytics), and lots of information and links for you to explore—people to meet, opportunities to consider, specialized programs. Plus, you can bookmark your guide, so you can use it to explore Deloitte or refer back to the information when it’s convenient for you.
Is this an assessment?
Deloitte is not assessing you. There are no wrong answers anywhere in Explore Your Fit, and we don’t store your information or even ask your name. You can take and share the experience with complete anonymity. It’s also designed to give you an idea of what it might be like to work in our high-performance culture. It isn’t for everybody, but after completing Explore Your Fit, you may decide it’s the right place for you.

Career opportunities:
HR Transformation
The future of work demands new capabilities, approaches and mindsets. Amid this change and disruption, Deloitte’s HR transformation professionals help our clients’ HR leaders each amplify their impact and value within their organization. We do that by helping them reinvent their HR strategy to support the business transformation—and then by leveraging digital HR solutions such as Workday HR, SAP SuccessFactors HR, Oracle HR, Payroll, Student Technology and ServiceNow HR to translate strategy into reality. As a global leader in HR transformation, we help clients select and implement technologies that can elevate the role of HR in solving today’s issues while looking ahead to the challenges of tomorrow.
Optimizing, maintaining and improving HR technology solutions is part art and part science. The science comes from best-in-class tools and proven methodologies, but the art comes from people. Deloitte’s application management support team attracts people who know which technologies to leverage, how they integrate with client processes to create a high-quality employee experience and how they can be deployed in different organizations to drive adoption and, most importantly, to sustain the change that’s desired. We help turn our clients’ core applications into drivers of innovation and business value. Our strong relationships include industry-specific solutions such as Epic and Guidewire; ERP environments, including SAP and Oracle; cloud-based Software-as-a-Service providers, such as Salesforce and Workday; platform providers like ServiceNow; and all cloud hyperscale platforms. These relationships, along with our proprietary solutions across AI, analytics, IoT and more, help us unlock the efficiency, scalability, and agility of clients’ core applications.

Government and public services help shape the society we live and do business in and—in turn—society shapes government. That’s why sweeping cultural changes—like the exponential pace of digital advancement and people’s rising expectations for transparent and easy interactions—are transforming every facet of government, from cybersecurity to finance reform to health care and more. At Deloitte, your mission-critical work can have an impact on the lives of the citizens whom governments and public entities serve. We provide consulting and risk and financial advisory services to help government and public services clients manage and/or develop a range of programs. Whether at the state or federal level, you can help in new cross-cutting ways, recommending and implementing interdisciplinary solutions while also providing insights that help answer fundamental human needs.
Deloitte believes in the skills and know-how that military veterans and their spouses bring to our workplace. We know that the military shapes strong leaders, solves complex challenges in new ways and advances groundbreaking technologies. And that’s exactly what we do at Deloitte, too.
We have a range of leadership programs and development initiatives for veterans and their families to help transition that knowledge and experience into the civilian work environment. We can also connect you to a network of experienced veteran mentors who want to see you grow professionally and personally. This kind of commitment explains why many veterans and military spouses work and thrive at Deloitte.
Solving big challenges in business and in society requires inclusive teams, an equitable culture and diverse perspectives. As an experienced professional, you’ll work with collaborative teams where everyone is encouraged to bring their ideas, beliefs, backgrounds, talents, capabilities and lifestyles—their whole selves—to work. The result? A culture that values a variety of thought and experience that make us smarter and stronger—helping enhance the quality and value of Deloitte’s insights and ideas. It also can make for a far more dynamic and impactful place to work.
